OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY / ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
At AQNP SOLUTIONS, a commitment to occupational health, safety and the environmental policy is the part of our business.
This is achieved through:
- Complying with statutory requirements, codes, standards and guidelines; Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011, Codes of practice
- Setting up objectives and targets with the aim of eliminating work related incidents in relation to our activities, products and services; (Incident Reporting Policy)
- Defining roles and responsibilities for occupational health, safety and environmental policy. (Individual Employee’s Job Description)
Strategies will include:
- Ensuring occupational health, safety and environment management principles are included in all organizational planning activities;
- Providing ongoing education and training to all of our employees;
- Consulting with employees and other parties to improve decision-making on occupational health, safety and environment matters;
- Ensuring incidents are investigated and lessons are learnt within the organization;
- Distributing occupational health, safety and environment information to all employees and interested parties;
- Providing enough resources to ensure occupational health, safety and environment is a central part of the organization; and
- Ensuring effective injury management and rehabilitation is provided to all employees
PRIVACY POLICY
AQNP SOLUTIONS shall comply with the ten National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Amendments (Private Sector) Act 2000.
When personal information is detailed on various Company documents it should be read and understood by the person prior to completing and authorising for use by the Company.
The personal information is required for the business activities of the Company and will not be used for other purposes.
Individual person should be aware of that the personal information may be used in order to obtain a report from trade suppliers (business interests only) including an exchange of information with other organisations.
Personal information is retained in a secure environment. Persons with access to their personal information should apply to their Manager in writing. The person will be informed of the information held, the security arrangement and for what reason this information is held.
If the applicant is of the opinion that the personal information is not correct, complete and up to date, or should not be held by the Company and they can substantiate such a claim, the Company will take all reasonable steps to correct the record.
QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
AQNP SOLUTIONS strives to maintain a consistent high level of corporate services, which is conformance with contract, mandatory health, safety and environmental requirements.
Employees of AQNP SOLUTIONS are aware of the need for good customer relationships to achieve customer satisfaction and AQNP SOLUTIONS will strive for a high level of staff satisfaction.
Quality Commitment
The Company will allocate adequate resources and facilities to ensure quality of service, compliance with specifications of the AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, and the comfort and safety of staff.
To ensure AQNP SOLUTIONS’ quality objectives are achieved and maintained, the Company has adopted the following strategy:
- Maintenance of a Quality Management System based on AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008;
- The monitoring of customer feedback to continually obtain a measure of the effectiveness of the quality system;
- An ongoing evaluation of systems will be performed and the quality system refined to achieve a consistent provision of Quality service that satisfies the customer’s changing requirements;
- The periodic review of contracts to ensure quality commitment.
