STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AQNP offers strategic guidance on project governance and project delivery models to clients. This includes the development of overarching Project Management Plans, Governance Plans, Procurement Plans, Delivery programmes, Risk identification and mitigation and Board Approval documentation.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
On-site client verification roles ensuring construction quality in maintained and reporting and managing construction non-conformance and defect resolution, progress claim assessment, contract administration, variation assessment and schedule reporting.
Contractor on-site management of the project utilising the clients resources and sub-contractors to ensure on time and on budget delivery, including client and community interfaces and third party liaison.
